Purpose and scope
TallerOS is a SaaS management platform for auto repair shops that lets you manage customers, vehicles, repair orders, estimates, invoicing, scheduling and other services related to running a workshop. Accessing and using the Site and the application implies acceptance of the terms set out in this legal notice.
Terms of access and use
The user agrees to make lawful and diligent use of the Site and the application, and not to use them to engage in unlawful activities or activities contrary to good faith and public order, or that could damage, disable or overload the Site or prevent its normal use by other users. Access to the workshop management features requires registering an account and is subject to the terms of the contracted subscription.
Intellectual and industrial property
All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, images, logos, designs, source code and navigation structure, is owned by Juan José Villoslada Izquierdo or by third parties who have authorized its use, and is protected under applicable intellectual and industrial property law. Reproduction, distribution or transformation without express authorization is prohibited, except where permitted by law.
Disclaimer of warranties and liability
TallerOS uses reasonable technical means to ensure the proper functioning of the Site and the application, without this implying a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free availability. We do not guarantee the absence of viruses or other elements that could cause alterations to the user’s computer systems. The workshop using the service is responsible for the accuracy, legality and up-to-date status of the data it enters into the platform, as well as for complying with its own legal obligations towards its customers.

Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute arising from access to or use of the Site shall be submitted to the competent courts in accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations.
