How to Coordinate Your Workshop Team Without Misunderstandings or Lost Information

A workshop with several mechanics multiplies work capacity — but also multiplies the points where information can get lost. Who's working on which car? What did someone tell the customer about the deadline? Which parts have already been ordered and which are still pending?
